Andy lives in Eastbourne with his partner Mary. He has worked for the electricity board for 37 years, but also served about 5 years in the merchant navy in his younger years.
His love of bike started at a young age when he bought his first bike, a 125cc BSA Bantam.
He has had a large collection of bike over the years, and currently owns a Honda Goldwing 1500.
Andy became a sidecar passenger in 1970 -75. He passengered for various riders and on numerous sidecars, including a Royal Enfield Interceptor, a Morgo Triumph, a Vincent and an Imp.
He was also Chairman of the Hailsham Motorcycle Club for a number of years.
His hobbies include being a DJ, teaching 50's jive dancing and collecting records, of which he has a large collection dating back nearly 50 years.
